Car had vehicle health check as part of BMW service plan. Also cylinder head recall. I was emailed a video report of health check after 50 minutes. No personal contact on this and no update on recall. Two hours later, service advisor spoke to me.

I never had the opportunity to use Country Garage before, my point of contact was Amy Cutler who was extremely helpful. The fault with my car was repaired under warranty with no problem and the car was returned the next day.
