Both Sandra and the service manager Philip worked hard to take my car in quickly and ensure it was fixed to the appropriate standard. They then went above and beyond with regards to contacting BMW and understand the support I can get.

The only reason I drop a star is that the service was estimated to take 'up to 3 hours' - so I was hoping to have this done and get back to Belfast sooner but we had to skip the car being washed as we were over the three hour mark.

I originally bought a service package that included a golf/spa experience. When I called to book in service and confirm golf it took a few days to confirm after I called / emailed a few times to confirm. Suboptimal experience.

Yeah had an issue with the car which wasn't picked up from BMW Aberdeen, not sure why but got it booked in with Country Garage and they sorted it out. Need to get the issue resolved with BMW Aberdeen, so hopefully I will get reimbursed.
