I was pleased that the park brake problem was solved and the rear brake pads were changed. However, there was an issue with the valeting. The service manager arranged to have it redone and the result was simply outstanding. I am most grateful.

I contacted my local dealership in November, after I received a vehicle safety recall notice. They told me that they would get back to me. I'm still waiting!! I've heard absolutely nothing from them unfortunately.

My car was serviced and returned to me spotlessly clean. I was treated politely by everyone and enjoyed their hospitality which was provided nicely by the lady concerned.

I have always used this centre and I usually get a loan car during service or repairs. This time I didn't so I lost 5 hours of my day as I had 3 hours travelling to and from the centre and 2 hours sitting waiting there during the repairs. 5 hrs lost.
