My car was left in with the servicing team as my phone was not working correctly with my iDrive system. The only reason I wasn't satisfied was because I was told there would be nothing further BMW could do should the update not work.
My complaint was taken seriously and the staff made every effort to solve the problem which was intermittent and therefore difficult to diagnose.
