When my son and I arrived at the dealership we were made so welcome by everyone, as were our dogs. Paul Diamond the sales rep was excellent, and did everything to make sure I got the car I wanted. Good job everyone.

Engineer forgot to reconnect wiring to 12v socket located on panel below pocket having removed panel as required for part of service. My dash cam was plugged in here so I sorted it myself.

When returning to pay for the service I was informed the technician had observed the battery of the key fob needed replaced. I informed the agent I had replaced the battery the previous day - how can I trust parts actually need replacing?
