The work on my Car has always been completed on time, from collecting the car at my work place to completion of the service. Car is always returned cleaned, inside and outside. I am kept up to date on its progress through the day.

Country garage team of staff put you at ease the moment you enter into the building. They offer a very welcoming atmosphere, in way of nibbles and a selection of teas and coffees.

Country Garage has a beautiful setting. The staff are both very polite and professional. Cleanliness of the cars and showroom are a credit to all involved. Keep up the very high standards.

My cars first service and the service agent Graeme was very helpful by arranging a courtesy car and updating me on the progress of my car.
Unfortunately at the time the service was due I was unable to drive and my husband was away. As soon as I contacted the garage they immediately arranged the collection and return of my car from my home.

Helpful and efficient
Rear boot brake light glass was cracked and the part was under 2 years old. They refused to fix it under the bmw 2 year parts warranty. My car was not damaged in any way at the rear and I did not understand or agree with what I was told by staff.

When they delivered my car back they handed the keys to my 6 year old son and left without asking for me. I only knew the car had been returned an hour later when I noticed it in the driveway. Surely they should have asked for me?

Wait for tyre change was too long (over 1.5 hours). When I came to pay though, problem with my bank meant both my bank cards were refused. The BMW service rep (Sharon?) was very understanding though and put me at ease. Wife ended up having to pay!

We visited two dealerships local to us, we eventually went with the furthest away one as we had a better rapport with the salesman achieving what we thought was a better deal.
