Looked after from start to finish
Serviceman bad attitude and to expensive
My car was booked in by Sandra at service reception and she fully explained what was happening in that there were two types of fix for my car. In the end up it was the minor one and so my car wasn't detained too long at the dealership, always a bonus
They informed me when my service was due and arranged everything for me
Offered to collect and deliver my car.
Car went for 1st service and came back not cleaned inside. I rang to complain and was told it had been cleaned which was untrue. Won't be using them again as in the past David Prentice serviced my cars and they were returned spotless. Disappointed!!!
I always use this garage and have never had any problems with them.
The Garage were true to their word i.e. - told me beforehand how long it would take, however they didn't provide me with an estimate if the cost.
It gave me a little time for myself and daughter to sit and catchip
Generally fine but expensive for oil and filtrt change and at 14000 miles done i have another service at 19000
Satisfied with work carried out

The garage provides excellent customer service. I also have a mini which was serviced in a different franchise garage and the customer service is noticeably different.
The process from ringing up the showroom to arrange a service right through to the car being delivered back to my house having been serviced was very efficient and hassle free. I was also kept updated throughout.
Service was efficient and effective.
Completed promptly and no issues have arisen since.
Overall extremely happy with servicing of my car.
After the repair work was completed on my car, I had to go back twice for them to correct mistakes they had made, e.g. a new seat belt they had fitted was the wrong way round. Poor quality control on the work they had done.
The only BMW garage I would use. Totally looked after from entrance to exit by a well trained and knowledgable staff team. Even my noise in the door was taken seriously.
They were very attentive

Open and honest about the components that need serviced
The Country garage were amazing, booking the car in at short notice for repair work. I can't say the same of JKC, having been a customer of theirs for many years they failed to return my call twice when trying to organise the work with them initially
The Country garage carried out the work to a high standard. They did not do anything that was not required. I was well treated.
The experience was as expected first class
Service was good but I had one issue concerning my experience to the negitive.Once in BMW care my car keys were accidentally locked in the car! This caused the garage to ring me looking for the second set of keys which caused alot of stress.

When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly and approachable advisor, they took my car for an estimate for repair while I sat and enjoyed a complimentary coffee with the very friendly staff. Honestly couldn't of gone to a better garage. Top marks.

I have driven quality cars for years and owned BMW Audi Mercedes and Porsche.I can honestly say I have had my fair share of bad experiences dealing with the main dealers in Belfast. The country Garage is by far the best for sales and service.
