I would be completely satisfied but for the state my engine comes back in after having an oil service is a disgrace.. This has happened on my last two visits and even after telling the desk "please ensure my engine is wiped down" is doesn't happen!

My car was booked in by Sandra at service reception and she fully explained what was happening in that there were two types of fix for my car. In the end up it was the minor one and so my car wasn't detained too long at the dealership, always a bonus
