The service was completed promptly while I waited in a comfortable and pleasant area at the garage.
The main reason I called was to have a very small clip replaced holding the rear parcel shelf. I booked the appointment ahead in order for the part to arrive from German but unfortunately the part had not arrived so in effect a wasted journey

When I collected the car I was not informed that the issue had not been resolved. It was only after i noticed this myself and I am now told it is not a warranty item (comfort access fault in door handle).
