The experience was as expected first class

Service was good but I had one issue concerning my experience to the negitive.Once in BMW care my car keys were accidentally locked in the car! This caused the garage to ring me looking for the second set of keys which caused alot of stress.

When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly and approachable advisor, they took my car for an estimate for repair while I sat and enjoyed a complimentary coffee with the very friendly staff. Honestly couldn't of gone to a better garage. Top marks.

All done in time span that was promised. Two cappuccino coffees and a scone with butter and jam. The sales people started up a 140i to let me enjoy the aural pleasure. Car washed and cleaned and it was a beautiful day to drive to Kelly's.Thanks P M

The main reason I called was to have a very small clip replaced holding the rear parcel shelf. I booked the appointment ahead in order for the part to arrive from German but unfortunately the part had not arrived so in effect a wasted journey
